This pattern includes instructions for two versions of the skirt: a pieced and then rotated version, which ends up being on the bias, and an unpieced version cut on the straight grain. Size 2 to 18.

Unpieced Skirt (all sizes)
1 1/4 yards fabric
1/2 yard fabric for contrast hem band
1/2 yard fusible interfacing
1 1/4 yards fabric for lining
7" zipper
1/2" button
Flat lace for the lining hem -- about 1 1/2 yards (optional)
Pieced Skirt
Sizes 2-14 -- 2 Charm Packs (Each charm pack contains 42 5" squares)
Sizes 16-18 -- 3 Charm Packs
1 1/4 yard fabric for contrast hem band
1/2 yard fusible interfacing
1 1/4 yards fabric for lining
7" zipper
1/2" button
