As the old saying goes…”All good things must come to an end”…however, the end to our good thing is even better! Today is the day that our Bag Lady Series gets better, Better, and BETTER!!!!
First things first…I would like to introduce you to my brand new Carry On Bag!

I am so thrilled with how this bag turned out. Like I mentioned multiple times, I was very nervous and very intimidated by sewing this bag. I have never EVER made anything like this before and it was quite the undertaking. But, like many of you, I really wanted to at least try and with all fingers and toes crossed and a little bit of pep talk from my mom, sister, and others I began making this adorable bag! I love it!

I’m feeling a little non-techie right now! I do not have a blog and unable to link my bag as there is no URL address. Can I simply send it in as an email? Sure hope so. I love my bag and have received so many comments about it. Hope I am not the only one feeling a little frustrated!
Thanks,
Diane
Hi Diane! YES!!!! I would love for you to send it to me. You can email your bag to michelle@theribbonretreat.com! Thank you so so much! Can’t wait to see it! Michelle 🙂
Hello, I am interested in the shoulder bags (3 and 4). Is there any way of contacting the lady who made them? Or are you going to publish the tutorial? Thank you. Beatrice (from France).
Hi Beatrice! Thank you so much for your question. Both of the shoulder bags, you are interested in, are simple variations of a pattern that is available on-line. The Simply Color Eggplant Shoulder Bag and the Owl Shoulder Bag are from the Paco Bean Ethel Shoulder Bag pattern. Here is a link to where it can be purchased: https://www.youcanmakethis.com/products/paco-bean-ethel-bag. Thank you Beatrice! Abbe and I both hope this helps! Thanks so much for stopping by and have a wonderful day! Michelle 🙂
Hello,
