I don’t know about you, but I can’t ever get enough of fun and easy jewelry projects that look A-MAZING! They are all one of a kind, and I love having something different than everyone else that is handmade and special just to me or for that special someone I made it for! Today, Cherie is sharing another fabulous and EASY peasy jewelry tutorial that is adorable, one of a kind and looks so good on anyone and everyone! Enjoy!
I love an accessory that can be used in more than one way!
Today I’m going to show you how to make a headband that can double as a necklace!
Supplies:
Gems
Ruffle Elastic
Hot Glue
Isn’t that supply list awesome?! This Gem Necklace or Headband craft is so inexpensive to make!
Measure your head circumference and cut the ruffle elastic about an inch smaller than the measurement. Heat seal the ends and glue them together to form a loop.
I like to put the first gem right over the ends so it looks seamless.
Add some more gems the way you want them. I used three little gems and three big ones.
I really love the Double Ruffle Elastic for this project because it lays perfectly around the neck.
And of course it makes a lovely headband!
This project is as easy as ordering the supplies! Make one for you and everyone you know! 😉
Thank you Cherie! This is such a fun necklace/headband! It will look amazing on everyone and add the perfect touch of personality to each and every outfit you wear it with! This cute necklace/headband would make the best Mother’s Day gift for mamas, grandmamas, aunts, sisters, friends, teachers or any special lady in your life! You could easily make this fun project with your little girls and let them pick their own gems and elastic so they can make their very own special gift for their special ladies too!
