Hello, hello….or should I saw Happy soon to be Halloween!
Can you believe that the spoooookiest holiday of all is coming up in 2 days? Holy Moly! I am so excited for all of the Halloween parties and festivities that are planned! I don’t know about you, but we are still trying to pull together some last minute costumes, that hopefully will be all ready in time for the trick or treating to begin! Are you in that boat? Well just in case you are, today’s YouTube Video is just for you! It is all about the cutest and friendliest kitty tutu that is the perfect tutu to wear to all of your Halloween parties and festivities AND it is super easy and quick to make just in case you are in my boat of still trying to pull together that perfect Halloween costume!

And today, I am so excited to share our newest video tutorial that is super cute, super fluffy and the perfect companion to those fun kitty ears from last week! Supplies:
Elastic (3/8″-1″)
Tulle (2-3 spools avg)
Needle and Thread
Scissors
Something to hold the elastic while tying
Cute Bow *Optional 🙂
