I am writing to you today with a gigantic smile on my face, because my favorite month of the whole year has arrived! I LOVE November for so many reasons. To name a few…the chill in the air, the beautiful colors, the upcoming DELICIOUS turkey-rific holiday, the first snowfall and mainly for the fact that it is the beginning of the holiday season! November also inspires me to bake yummy goodies for my family and friends and to stay inside and craft away! What about you? What is your favorite month?

My favorite activity in Novemeber is the start of spending time with my family. I love the holidays and getting together and spending a relaxing day with family eating good food and playing games or just hanging out.
Decorating the house for Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas! It really gets me in the spirit for my favorite time of the year!

I have a big dinner for anywhere from 14-20 of our friends who don’t have family close enough to celebrate thanksgiving ON thanksgiving.
Thanksgiving night, I pull out supplies and everyone who has had dinner with us grabs coffee and cake and our and makes ornaments!
Then the day after… Oh the day after! We begin decorating for Christmas!
It’s my favorite weekend of the whole year!

My favorite November activity is cooking Thanksgiving dinner, waiting for the family to arrive with the smell of turkey and sweet potato pie in the air! I always decorate for Christmas the day before which is also a highlight! I love this time of year! <3

My favorite thing to do in Thanksgiving is to give thanks to God for his blessings and get ready to hang up the greens for Christmas!
I’d have to say that my favorite activity to do in November would be to get a big head start (and finish if possible) on buying Christmas gifts for all our Grandchildren and others on our gift lists. And for sure to get anything I’ll be sewing/quilting started and completed as well.

Obviously we don’t have Thanksgiving here in France, so my favorite November activity is always creating a wonderful birthday party for our eldest daughter (she turns 6 this year). I also love getting ready for the holiday season!

Spending Thanksgiving with family and getting ready for Christmas are at the top of my list, but my most favorite November activity is celebrating my daughter’s birthday!
My favorite thing to do is giving thanks for my many blessings — my three beautiful, incredible kids, their wonderful spouses, two precious grand princesses…and last but not least, an incredible husband and partner whom I love very much. Being thankful for all of these blessings and many more, there’s hardly time to have anything else to do. I thank God for all of it.
