Are you ready for yet another amazing video? Last week we were introduced to a gorgeous and elegant tutu lined with stunning satin ribbon! Tutus are so much fun for everyday wear, parties and fun or special celebrations. And what little girl doesn’t love a frilly and fancy tutu?
Today, Shirley is going to focus on the beautiful satin trimmed tutu, from last week once again. But this week, she is going to show us how to create the perfect waist for this perfect little tutu! So grab the ribbon trimmed tutu you created last week and lets wrap that elastic with matching satin ribbon to create a finished and elegant waist!
All you need are a few supplies to create this waist:
Tutu
Satin Ribbon
Hot Glue Gun
Scissors
Lighter
