How To Make Spikes For A Hair Bow, YouTube Thursday

Happy YouTube Thursday on this chiiiiiilllllly Thursday morning! It is that exciting day of the week where we introduce you and you to our newest, hot off the video press YouTube video tutorial. And, like all of the videos in YouTube Thursday weeks past…this video rocks and is awesome and so much fun!

Today, Shirley is going to show us how to make spikes for a hair bow that is cute, cute, cute! These Spikes can either be worn as a solo hair accessory or as a fun layer added to your favorite stacked bow. Spikes are fun, fabulous and believe me…look amazing in any color or design of ribbon you can find right here at The Ribbon Retreat.

Spikes are some of my absolute favorite layers to add to my stacked bows. I love those pointed tips sticking out the side of my big ol’ bows. They are so much fun to make and work so great for adding a little extra sass to your bow. Grab a solid color or crazy print and add dimension and an extra splash of color to your stacked bows with a fun layer of these great spikeys!
