I just love FALL…period! Putting away the summer clothes, and pulling out the fall/winter clothing and ACCESSORIES!, the change in the weather…..allergies calming down! All the comfort foods. The hot coffee, tea, chocolate…..while doing all the sewing and crafting for the holidays. The preparation and anticipation of all that’s new. The satisfaction of completed projects….and the joy and comfort they bring others. Should I continue?….. HAPPY FALL (AND SEWING AND CRAFTING ;)!) EVERYONE!!!.

I Love hiking the trails in the fall
It has to be our Columbus Day camping trip to the Berkshire Mtns in MA. Our little girl loves it because it is so laid back, we visit a trolley museum, pick apples and even do some crafts. Last year we made fun ribbon barrettes with little tiny leaves glued on.
My favorite fall tradition is cooking and having family over. My nephew asks the same questions every year about our childhood even though he knows the answers.

My favorite fall tradition is our local fall festival and corn maze! Each year a special theme is chosen for the corn maze and the pumpkin festival has so many amazing home goods; sewing projects, canned goods, candies and fudged. Mmmmm!

I love fall! My favorite tradition is getting together with me family on the weekends and having bonfires and camping out and just spending a lot of time together with everyone!

Favorite fall tradition is going to the nearby Charles Schultz Museum/Snoopy’s Home Ice Arena the Friday before Halloween with my kids dressed up in their costumes where they host an annual “It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown” festival and movie viewing out on their lawn. Kids do crafts, travel a treat walk, get punch and popcorn, and we all sit on the lawn and haystacks with friends to watch the projected movie.

My favorite fall tradition is decorating our living/dining area with treasured Halloween figurines and other items from when our children were small. I love that our little granddaughters now enjoy seeing them when they come to our place… they never get tired of hearing that we’ve had the decorations since Mommy and their Uncle Tim were children!

Hiya!!! I don’t really do traditions for anything. Just kinda go with what’s happening at the time. I do love fall though and one of my favorite things about it is the scent of fall. Fall for us is a trip to the pumpkin patch and lots of baking with fresh-picked apples!

We have a “famous” candy store in town that is well known for their caramel apples and each year, I will buy a couple for teacher friends and surprise them with a sweet note on their desk.
