Good morning all you lovely readers! Welcome to our second monthly “New Product” contest. We are so excited for the new month and to get started on a new contest!
April was such a blast, and we appreciate all who participated. We loved seeing the projects come in and to see how incredibly talented our readers are! We can’t wait to see what you all have in store for us this month. 🙂
May’s contest is going to be a little different. Instead of having 5 featured “New Products”, this month there are only 3, and we want to see lots and lots of projects. But first, let’s recap the rules…
Using 1, 2, or 3 of the featured products, create a project of your choice.
After completing the project, link your project up to our contest by clicking the “Add Your Link” button below.
You can submit more than 1 project, and you can use all products in the same project or separate them.
There will be 3 winners who will each receive a gift certificate to The Ribbon Retreat.
1st place = $50.00
2nd place = $30.00
3rd place = $20.00
The deadline for the projects will be May 20th and the winners will be announced on May 31st.
So…are you ready to create some amazing projects???? Let’s do it!

Tips For Linking Project
If you do not have a blog or website to take photos from, the link system will allow you to add photos from a photo hosting website such as Photobucket or Flickr. Just click the middle tab when the pop up box comes up and add the URL for that photo.
Linking from Facebook will work as long as you take the off the https:// at the beginning of the link. Then you will need to choose a photo from your computer (the very right tab in the pop up window.) Let me know if this isn’t working for you.
The “Name” part can either be your name, or the name of your craft. Either one works!
I just wanted to let you know so you’re not like me and put your own name when you mean to have a name for the craft.
After you’ve linked up your craft, make sure your link works. If you are having troubles with it, send me an email at michelle@theribbonretreat.com.
