New Blogger

Everyone give a big, warm welcome to the newest contributor to The Ribbon Retreat Blog!

Cherie!

Here is a little about Cherie-

“My Name is Cherie Mortimer. I am Married to Lanae’s brother Kevin. Together we have 3 children, 2 boys and a girl. I have enjoyed crafting since I was a little girl. The only problem is a lot of the time I make things without following a pattern. For example in 6th grade I thought it would be a good idea to use hot glue to make myself a skirt. Needless to say I had to call my mom half way into the day before I had a major wardrobe malfunction! I am learning to follow directions and still put my own personal spin on things. I would put my skill level a couple notches above beginner. But the old saying rings true: “where there is a will there is a way”. I am very excited to be a contributor to the Ribbon Retreat blog! I hope we can share ideas and let our imaginations go wild! There is ALWAYS a fun craft to be done!”

Aren’t her kids adorable!!!
And yay for having a little girl, we can always use more girl crafts. 🙂

We are so happy to have her as a new member of The Ribbon Retreat team!

Welcome Cherie!!! 🙂
