This bow is super cute for those girls that can’t get enough pink!
It is also very basic and easy to make.
The first layer is made up of two different ribbons.
I used White Solid Grosgrain Ribbon in 1 1/2″ and layered it with Hot Pink Stripes Ribbon in 7/8″. I made a Basic Boutique bow (click the link for instructions) with these ribbons at about 3 1/2″ wide.
For the second layer, I used Hot Pink Shamrocks Ribbon in 7/8″. I did another Basic Boutique bow an inch smaller than the base layer.
You can always take the same techniques used here to make a smaller bow. Generally, you can use a smaller width ribbon or eliminate layers. Play around with it a little, and you’ll be sure to make something super cute!
I used a french barrette clip and lined it using Hot Pink Stripes Ribbon in 3/8″.
I used the same ribbon to make a flat center and attached the bow to the clip!
I’m not sure if Shamrocks count as wearing green, so make sure your little girl is wearing a little green too! 😉
