Ribbon make everything more fun. I love to use ribbon for colorful accents on dresses, hair accessories, ties for pillow case dresses, ribbon embroidery, cover flip flops, ties in home dec items, etc. Like I said, ribbon makes everything more fun, but my favorite is spicing up the clothes I make for my grand daughter!

I am a grandmother to two precious little girls. Unfortunately, we don’t live in the same city or state. I love to sit in my office, making them hairbows and daydream about the day when we will be together again. When that day comes, I love matching their outfits with the newly made hairbows. I embellish shirts, blankets, presents and the like with TRR ribbon. I have made crafts and the like with ribbon. I’m a bit of a ribbon hoarder. Shhhhh, don’t tell my husband!

I still can’t make a boutique bow to save my life, but almost 85 yards of ribbon would be more than enough for me to practice, practice, practice, and finally become at least fairly proficient at whipping up even the dreaded twisted boutique bow!!

In the meantime, I love making flower loop bows and single-layer ruffled ribbon flowers, to which I add layers of a lace flower and maybe a shabby chiffon flower, and top it all with a pretty button or other embellishment.

Thanks for the chance to win such a fabulous giveaway!

I am retired so I needed something to do in the winter (And they are LONG!) with all that time on my hands. So I started making hair bows. I have three granddaughters under the age of 3. I live in Michigan and have a great niece age 3 in San Diego that I make bows for. She just started ballet class so her mother asked me if I could make her and her 3 friends (all in class together) matching bows. I made the spike bow and the pinwheel bows. They turned out ADORABLE!! I have made SOOOOOOO many of the hair bows from TRR tutorials and several of the sculptures too. I can’t say enough good about TRR customer service and the quality of the ribbon and accessories you have. This is my GO TO place for all my bow making supplies. Thanks for the GREAT giveaway I know I would use all of it. LOL

I volunteer @ a nursing facility where I used to work & the ladies love to make hair bows. The last couple of visits I also wanted to include the men in the activity so we also make pins. I worked in the activities department & after 6 months was unable to physically perform the duties due to problems with my shoulders. I had made many friends & missed seeing them so this is what I call my “elder care” fix! We have made bows/pins for recent holidays & just because I have lots & lots of pretty ribbon I have purchased from TRR! Prices & shipping are great & the ribbon is beautiful. I can always find something I like.

I recently was diagnosed with lymes disease in advanced stage. Having lost my job due to illness I started crafting to make a living. I find myself looking at all the beautiful things but rarely can I actually afford to place an order. I love making things for the little children and I find it so hard to charge that I often end up barely breaking even. Some of my favorite things to make are Tutus, hairbands, bows and hats.

Thanks for a chance to win your contest and good luck to everyone. God Bless!
