I got a comment from Becky asking about St. Patrick’s Day half bows.
So I came up with this!
Becky, I hope this is what you were looking for! If not, let me know. 🙂
The bow turned out super cute either way, but I would be more than happy to make another bow for you.
I used ribbon from the Luck of the Irish Seasonal Ribbon Mix.
I used Emerald Solid Grosgrain Ribbon in 1 1/2″ to make a Pinwheel Technique bow (click the link for instructions).
Then I used Luck of the Irish St. Patrick’s Day Ribbon in 7/8″ to make half of a Pinwheel bow. Instead of 4 loops, I only used two.
I topped off the bow using Apple Solid Grosgrain Ribbon in 3/8″ to make an Inside Out Technique bow.
I put all the layers together by threading my needle through all layers and then tightening the thread and taking a few stitches to the back.
I lined my clip using the Lime Striped Ribbon from the Luck of the Irish Ribbon Mix.
Then I finished off the bow with a knotted center using White Solid Grosgrain in 3/8″.
I turned out so cute, I love it!
I have tons more St. Patrick’s Day bows to share with you, so watch for them. 🙂

Sorry for the 1st comment my kids got a hold of my phone. That is really cute, not really sure what you mean about a half bow I just wanted a few cute ideas for st pat’s day. Do you have any smaller st pat’s bows using those same ribbons?thank you again!!
Are you going to be getting this set back in before ST. Patty’s Day? Oh, I hope so, it is so cute!
It should be back up today on the website! be sure to grab some! 🙂
So cute! I saw one where they made a clover out of ribbon. It looked so fun! I’ve been crocheting little green clovers for a garland but I may save some out to add to a bow.
