This bow is so cute and really easy to make.
I used the Six Loop Hair Bow Technique in the TOTT Hair Bow Instructions.
I forgot to take a picture of each layer. Some times I get so excited to have the finished product, I forget I am supposed to be taking pictures of each step. 🙂
I did take a picture of the first layer.
I used Red/White Solid Grosgrain Hearts Ribbon in 7/8″.
The instructions have all the details on what to do for the number of loops you want and what size the loops should be. It is so easy! It can be done without the bowmaker too.
The next layers used 3/8″ ribbon.
I used Hot Pink Stripes Ribbon in 3/8″ to make 6 loops.
Then I used Journal Red/White Saddle Stitch Ribbon in 3/8″ to make 8 loops. Both this layer and the Hot Pink Stripes layer were the same size.
The top layer is Love Valentine’s Day Ribbon in 3/8″. This layer is half an inch shorter than the previous layer with 6 loops.
I finished the bow off with a center knot of Baby Pink and Red Solid Grosgrain Ribbon in 3/8″.
The entire bow is about 4 1/2 inches wide.
