Hey there! I’m Jessica from Mom 4 Real, and I am so happy to be here sharing one of my favorite Fall projects! Halloween may be over, but there is still time to sneak in a little pumpkin project before Thanksgiving, and this one is so easy and fun! Let me show you how I made my Framed Button Pumpkin Art…
I started with a Cut It Out Frame that I already had, some Riley Blake chevron fabric, along with some orange and green buttons from The Ribbon Retreat.
I started by painting my frame white, then took the backing out. I then wrapped the cardboard backing with some of my chevron fabric.
Next, I hot glued an array of orange buttons onto the fabric in the shape of a pumpkin. I actually laid them all out then hot glued them in place. I took a few of my green buttons and made a cute little stem to top off my pumpkin…cute, right?
I popped the fabric wrapped backing back into the frame, and tada….instant art that can be changed out with the season! I am thinking I may replace this one with a button Christmas tree in December, or maybe a button snowflake! What do you think?
Thank you so much for having me, and Happy Fall Y’all!
